In the unlikely situation your product is faulty, you may send it back for a refund or exchange of the item within 30 days of receiving it.
30 Day Refund Guarantee On Unopened and Unused Items
For whatever reason you want to return your item within the 30 days of receiving it, you may contact us for a return and refund. Please note that the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is not refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused to qualify for the refund.
Missing Item Or Incorrect Item
For any issues regarding missing or incorrect items received, please follow our warranty process by Contacting Customer Support with your item number and order number.
Note: If there is any item missing, we will resend the missing item at no additional charge. If we shipped an incorrect item, we will have you return the incorrect item to us at no charge to you and send out the correct item.

Within 30 days of receiving the item, if you are not completely satisfied with the order, please follow the warranty process and contact Customer Support for RMA information:

- The order number
- Reason for return
Once, the return has been received, the item will be exchanged with either a replacement or a refund.

- Broken, faulty or damaged items upon arrival
- Items received in the incorrect size
- Unused items that have not met your expectations within the 30 days of receiving
